Its the penultimate day of the 20th RI exhibition at the Mall Galleries and Jean Noble RI SWA will be sharing her sketchbooks with visitors, from happy answer questions about her work and techniques.
“The boundary between representation and abstraction is of particular interest to me. My image begins with something seen, a building, landscape or object taken out of context or a particular light. The finished pieces evolve out of a process of continual change and an innate knowledge of colour and composition.”
