President Rosa Sepple, Aimee Birnbaum RI and George Politis RI were invited by the French Institute in Thessaloniki, Greece to stage an exhibition on the given theme of the displaced, or uprooted. The exhibition is titled ‘Deracinements’, which translates as ‘Uprooting’. The exhibition is a collection of paintings and photographs, with individual books by Aimee and George produced for the Institut Francais de Thessalonique.
A pamphlet has been printed for the exhibition with the following introduction on the cover:
