The 207th Exhibition of the Royal Institute will be held as in previous years at the Mall Galleries, The Mall, London SW1, fromĀ 3-18 April, open 10am to 5pm daily.Ā The RI was formed to exhibit the best watercolours and to show non-membersā works alongside the individual collections by Members, a policy that is upheld today. Works by Candidates seeking membership will also be prominently displayed and this year we set a new record for non-membersā paintings of just over 38%.

The Exhibition will be officially opened at theĀ Private ViewĀ onĀ Tuesday 2 AprilĀ by art critic, writer and broadcasterĀ Anthony J. Lester; and the RI PresidentĀ Rosa Sepple RI.
