‘The Catch’, (image left), is an acrylic painting on 300lb Saunders Waterford paper float mounted on acid free card with white box frame.. I spend much of my time sketching around boats and this is an interpretation of the shapes I saw amongst the fishing nets and general paraphernalia used in the pursuit of fishing. My worked up paintings always come from sketches made on site.
