anya Zhou RI’s watercolour painting ‘Playing Poker’ recently won the Jeanette Thayer Schmidt Memorial Cash Award and the Jack Richeson & QoR Watercolour Merchandise Award in the National Watercolour Society‘s 98th Annual International Open Exhibition 2018. From the images entered by 850 artists, paintings from 91 artists (including 25 winners) were accepted for exhibition in the NWS Gallery, 915 South Pacific Avenue, San Pedro, CA 90731 USA. The exhibition runs from 4 October to 16 December 2018.
Tianya also had a watercolour painting, ‘Mountain Stream I’, accepted for the The San Diego Watercolour Society 38th International Exhibition 2018. The exhibition opens at 5pm on 30 September until 30 October 2018 at the SDWS Art Gallery in Arts District Liberty Station, San Diego, CA 92106.
